However, if the issue poses a risk of injury to the tenant or could cause damage to the property, it may be classified as an ’emergency repair’.
In such cases, it is crucial to contact your Property Manager or our Office immediately, even if it is after hours, on a weekend, or during a public holiday.

If the work required is not an emergency, and you do not have prior approval to complete this work, you may be liable to pay the invoice.
